Attending a Workshop Course we believe is the best way to maximise you really mastering the knowledge to successfully owner build. The copy of the course modules in a Manual which yu will receive, is ideal for studying, making your personal notes in and when you later commence building, an invaluable and easy to use reference to remind you. The presenter is a practicing licensed builder with over 42 years of building experience to share with you.

At present, this course only needs to be done 'once in a life time'.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before commencing, you must first have successfully completed the unit of Competency in CPCCOHS1001A Work safely in the construction industry also known as the 'White Card'. By law, this can only be completed in a 6 hour face-to-face workshop (not by correspondence). If you have not completed this OH&S Unit, we can organise to enrol you in either the Express CBD Sydney location and if you live outside of Sydney, we can assist you to find a local provider. If you have already completed the OH&S Unit (we require a copy of your certificate or white card), and you can enrol accordingly.

$595 - Owner Builder Workshop Course Booking

Workshop face-to-face: $595 - Upon registration and payment, your booking will cover 3 x consecutive Monday evening classes where the experienced trainer will teach you all about the five modules required to obtain your owner builder 'Certificate of Attainment'. You will receive the 660 page hard copy of the owner builder course compliance manual which includes the assessments. The hard copy manual is also ideal to use as a reference booklet for when you commence building. Free Tea and Coffee are available.
