This compact and computerised electronic water conditioner, as water flows through the 'coiled' section of pipe work, the 'treated water' will de-scale your existing water pipes, prevent new scale from forming and save you money from the moment it is installed due to your significantly cleaner pipes.
By installing this straight forward system onto an existing water supply pipe as close to the water meter as possible, scaling will not build up in your home or home unit's water supply system, some of the benefits of which include:
ENERGY SAVING

1.03 How the Automatic Water Pipe Cleaning System works?
The Automatic Water Pipe Cleaning System uses a patented method of softening water without resorting to chemicals and should not be confused with other devices that have proved to be only partially effective. The fact that the Automatic Water Pipe Cleaning System can be seen to actually de-scale a water system is proof of its effectiveness. The low cost investment quickly reduces energy, maintenance and repair replacement costs and will pay for itself many times over during its expected life-span of 20-30 years.
Hard lime scale is caused by mineral ions suspended in your water. The Automatic Water Pipe Cleaning System causes the dissolved mineral ions to form crystals (scaling) in the bulk of the water instead of forming hard crystals on the surface of your pipe walls, shower head or in your hot water system. These now suspended crystals flow with the water and will not adhere to any surface as long as the water flows.
Existing hard rock scale layers already attached to hard surfaces will gradually dissolve and be removed by the Automatic Water Pipe Cleaning System and the force of the flow rate. This may take a few weeks to a few months depending on the scale thickness build up and your water usage. It is sufficient to install one unit at the water inlet pipe after the water meter and will then protect the whole house the moment it is installed.
The Automatic Water Pipe Cleaning System eliminates the problems caused by hard water, whilst retaining the natural benefits of water. This is achieved by changing the size of the particles of precipitated compounds, by aiding the ability of crystals to form their shape, and by altering the solubility of compounds within liquid through a safe process known as induced ionisation.
The Automatic Water Pipe Cleaning System produces a complex frequency modulated waveform. In scientific terms the principles of Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) are applied as water passes through the coiled section (see below) which produces a patented signal, thus treating the water as it passes by. The signal consists of a frequency modulated (FM) wave form within the audio frequency (AF) bandwidth. This inaudible sonic frequency signal sets up a dynamic field around and through the coil, pipe and water, and modifies the calcium carbonate crystal nuclei. The nuclei upon which the crystals start growing are minute in size and have charged surfaces in their natural condition within the water. When they pass through the field, these naturally charged nuclei encounter considerable forces as the field interacts with them. The field acts at the surfaces of the nuclei and modifies the nature of the electrical charges and this ionisation effect thus alters the growth rate and pattern of the crystals in general and on specific planes.
Particles in the water have by nature a negative charge and have an electric double layer of positive and negative ions around them. This stable situation can be distorted by heat, ultra sonic sound, chemicals and also an electric/magnetic field such as created by the Automatic Water Pipe Cleaning System. The distortion may change the particle into a nucleation site. Positive and negative ions in the bulk of the water will attach to it forming a crystal. The so formed crystals will float with the water down the drain. A side effect of forming crystals out of dissolved carbonate scales is that small CO2 bubbles are formed. These bubbles will soften the existing old scale layers and will then gradually be removed by the water velocity.
1.04 Easy Installation Instructions
Step 1
Select the best place to install the coil and Control Box of the Automatic Water Pipe Cleaning System including proximity to a power point. Ideally the coil should be as close to your water main to 'treat' all water being used in your home. (There are also models for commercial applications).
Step 2
Wind the blue wire as a coil on an exposed water supply pipe, you will need a minimum of 10 cm of exposed straight piping, as detailed in the Instructions book. The Automatic Water Pipe Cleaning System can be installed on copper, plastic, steel or lead pipes.
Step 3
Mount the Control Box using two screws 9.5 cm apart on a wall. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically. A drill and screw driver will be required.
Step 4
Connect the two ends of the two blue wires, polarity is not important, to the Control Box.
Step 5
Connect the power supply cable to the Control Box. Plug the power supply cable into the power point. Turn ON the power point. The Automatic Water Pipe Cleaning System will commence working. Check that the two LED lights illuminate. All existing scaling should have disappeared after 90 days from water flowing pipes and equipment.

Dispatch

If an item gets damaged in transit, it will be replaced at no cost. If you find one of the products to contain manufacturing faults, or returning it to us, it will be replaced at no cost to you or you may get a refund.
